APPLICATION FORM

MBAA Members and EBAA Members located in Malta

The Agreement, duly signed by the Malta Business Aviation Association (MBAA) and the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA), is intended to formalise the principles around which the two Associations plan to bring together their respective Membership with the aim to offer to Maltese stakeholders an automatic double representation, at national and European level. It will be divided in a 1st year of transition, followed by a 3-year term, which will be detailed in the present Agreement, focusing on how the contributions should evolve respectively for MBAA and EBAA during the whole 4-year term.

1. The present Agreement on Dual Membership concerns the following Companies:

i. any current MBAA and/or EBAA Member headquartered and/or located on the Maltese territory;

ii. any future Member headquartered on the Maltese territory;

iii. any future Member located on the Maltese territory, provided their headquarter is not yet a Member of the EBAA in another country;

iv. any future Member located on the Maltese territory, with their headquarter in another country and already a Member of the EBAA, may also be considered for Dual Membership, provided their headquarter is given the choice between the following options:

a) the branch located on the Maltese territory may apply for MBAA/EBAA Dual Membership: as such, it would be considered a Member of both Associations;

b) the branch located on the Maltese territory may only be listed in EBAA’s Members Directory as an additional address of the headquarter: as such, it would not be considered a Member, neither by the MBAA nor the EBAA;

c) the branch located on the Maltese territory is only interested by the national benefits and would only apply for MBAA Membership: as such it would solely be considered a Member of the MBAA, but not of the EBAA;

d) the branch located on the Maltese territory should not be listed at all: as such, only the headquarter would be an EBAA Member (no change);
